About the position
Servpro of South Palm Beach has a unique and lucrative opportunity available that directly impacts our ability to respond to emergencies and provide immediate help to those in need. Our organization is searching for a Priority Responder who will be the first on the scene to provide vital support and promote our trusted restoration and reconstruction services to impacted homeowners and businesses.
Responsibilities
- Monitor lead sources from emergency notification systems
- Respond quickly to emergency property situations
- Consult with property owners impacted by fire, water, or other large-scale emergency events
- Close opportunities on the spot and educate customers about products and services
- Build relationships with local emergency response teams
- Participate in community events to raise awareness of our services
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in restoration, military, fire services, EMS, police, medical response, construction, or insurance
- 2+ years of experience in an outside sales or customer service role
- SALES-ORIENTED and driven to CLOSE opportunities
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to get results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate about helping others in times of need
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in emergency response or property restoration
- Knowledge of the local area and emergency response protocols
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
