Emergency Preparedness Program Manager

The position is responsible for providing overall support to the hospital system's preparedness efforts, which includes developing and maintaining emergency operations plans and procedures, planning and executing training and exercises, and promoting emergency preparedness and safety throughout the organization. The role involves leadership in Emergency Preparedness activities, collaboration with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies. The individual will also oversee the organizational Emergency Response Team and manage the Emergency Preparedness Program within the allocated budget.
