About The Position
The Registered Nurse coordinates and directs care to individuals and families using a holistic approach. The nursing process is used as a structured mechanism for critical thinking and problem solving in providing effective and appropriate care within a safe and confidential environment from admission to discharge. Each RN is responsible for collaborating with members of the healthcare team, providing leadership, personal/professional development, and conducting him/herself professionally.
Requirements
- Current California RN license required
- One (1) year of experience in the Emergency Room or a related field of nursing is required
- Current BLS ACLS & PALS certifications required (must be certified through the American Heart Association)
Nice To Haves
- Two (2) years of experience as an RN in the Emergency Room or a related field
- Current MICN ENPC TNCC and CEN certifications
