The Emergency Nurse Training Program (ENTP) at Rancho Springs Medical Center is designed for Registered Nurses (RNs) interested in Emergency Services. This comprehensive 13-week program includes didactic training, hands-on learning experiences, and clinical preceptorship. It is open to both experienced Acute Care RNs and new graduate nurses, with the program set to start in February 2025. Full-time night shift positions are available at both Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs and Inland Valley hospitals, requiring an active California RN License or an NCLEX test date prior to January 31, 2025.
