About The Position

HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood is seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team in Kingwood, Texas. The facility is a 457-bed acute care hospital that has provided quality care to the Lake Houston area for over 30 years, featuring a Level II trauma center and various specialized programs.

Requirements

• Must be BC/BE residency trained in emergency medicine.
• Ultrasound Fellowship preferred.
• Ability to handle a high volume of patients (45,000 annual adult patient volume).
• Experience working in a busy emergency department with 29 ED beds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dedicated adult and pediatric emergency rooms.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Meditech.
• Interest in participating in robust GME programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Participate in the education and training of residents in the Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine Residency Program.
• Utilize ultrasound and other diagnostic tools as needed.
