Requirements
- Active state medical license
- BC/BE in EM, IM, or FP (ABMS/ABPS)
- Active DEA Certification
- ACLS, PALS, NRP (Required); ATLS if not EM -boarded
- Emergency medicine experience preferred
- Residency in EM/IM/FP
- 9 hours trauma CME annually
- CMEs (past 5 years)
- Flu shot & TB test
- Driver’s license & photo ID

- Manage trauma, cardiac, pediatric, and general ED cases
- Perform intubations and respond to codes
- Coordinate with specialty backup teams
