Requirements
- Active AR medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (BC preferred)
- Active DEA Certification
- BLS, ACLS
- Emergency Department clinical experience preferred
Nice To Haves
- Academic Medical Center experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medical care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries across all age groups
- Perform necessary emergency procedures within the scope of Emergency Medicine
- Coordinate care with consulting specialists and hospital staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the facility EMR
