About The Position

Emergency Medicine Physician - Uniontown Hospital WVUHS System Medical Group is seeking a physician to join our community emergency medicine practice. Uniontown Hospital is a compassionate, dedicated community hospital providing a full range of medical care to residents of Fayette County and the surrounding areas for more than a century. Health care services provided at our acute and specialty care hospital include an award-winning Cardiology Department and catheterization lab, an award-winning Stroke Center, a state-of-the-art Wound Healing Center. Qualified applicants must have an MD or DO degree and be eligible to obtain an unrestricted state medical license in Pennsylvania. Candidates will have completed an accredited residency program and be board-certified or board-eligible via a recognized board within the American Board of Medical Specialties. Emergency Medicine Board Certification required. Requirements

  • MD or DO degree
  • Eligible to obtain an unrestricted state medical license in Pennsylvania
  • Completed an accredited residency program
  • Board-certified or board-eligible via a recognized board within the American Board of Medical Specialties
  • Emergency Medicine Board Certification required
