Delphi Healthcare, a physician-owned and managed organization since 1995, is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team at Bradford Regional Medical Center in Bradford, Pennsylvania. Position Overview: Location: Bradford Regional Medical Center (Bradford, PA) Annual Volume: 14,000 patient visits Shifts: 12-hour physician shifts (day and night available) Schedule: Flexible; full-time or part-time (W2 or 1099 options) APP Support: On-site advanced practice provider coverage ICU: None on-site EMR: Meditech
Requirements
- MD or DO, Board Certified / Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine (with ER experience)
- Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Current ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong interpersonal and diagnostic skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care within a community hospital environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages
- Evaluate, diagnose, and stabilize acutely ill or injured patients
- Perform life-saving interventions when necessary
- Collaborate with APPs, nurses, and hospital staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation
- Follow hospital and departmental protocols to promote high-quality care
