Emergency Medicine Physician Job Quick Facts: Specialty: Emergency Medicine Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Portage, WI Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Reason For Need: Supplemental Coverage Period: Jul 3, 2026 - Ongoing Coverage Type: Clinical only Shifts needed to be filled: -14 -16 shifts per month. Shift Schedule: -Day & night shifts Patient Volume: 20 (40 -60 patients in 24 hours in our ED/UC setting) Annual Patient Volume: 25,000 Support Staff: - 4 RNs, 2 APPs, 1 MA & 1 Office Staff 24 -hr Support Services Available: - Anesthesia, -General Surg, -OR Response team, -Orthopedic Surg, -Radiology. L&D Dept Available: Yes Lab on site Beds in the Dept: 13 EMR: Epic Other info: Telestroke services and Tele ICU services utilized to support care as well as a UW helicopter on site Temporary Privileges available: Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

- Active WI License or IMLC
- BC
- ACLS, ATLS
- ACT 10 applicable
