About The Position

MUSC Health is seeking ABEM Board Certified/Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team at MUSC Health - Lancaster Medical Center. Chosen candidates will be instrumental in providing fast, expert treatment for complex injuries, life-threatening illnesses and serious health complications like heart attack and stroke. Join a team that's committed to delivering the highest level of care for patients in Lancaster, SC, and the surrounding communities. Will work primarily at Lancaster Medical Center and on occasion at Chester Medical Center. 10-hour shifts, 85% adults and 15% pediatrics. Collaborative team of 8 physicians and 4 APPs. Radiology, Lab, Anesthesia, Ortho, Vascular, Cath Lab and Surgical Services available 24h.

Requirements

• ABEM Board Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, expert treatment for complex injuries and life-threatening illnesses.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Utilize available radiology, lab, anesthesia, orthopedic, vascular, cath lab, and surgical services.
