Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Brighton, MA Boston Medical Center - Brighton (BMC-Brighton) in Brighton, MA, is seeking a per-diem physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their emergency team. Boston Medical Center - Brighton is a 267-bed academic community teaching hospital affiliated with the Tufts Medical School. Our department is staffed by a dedicated group of board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians, residents and physician assistants. Residents in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Anesthesia, Surgery and Psychiatry rotate in the ED. Requirements

A minimum of 1 year experience in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care is required.
A Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants is required or master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner's Program.
Current Massachusetts license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively alongside our emergency physicians and Emergency Medicine residents.

Expert Diagnostic and Therapeutic Procedures: Execute bedside diagnostic and therapeutic procedures with precision, ensuring optimal patient care.
Efficient Coordination of Tests and Consultations: Coordinate and facilitate diagnostic tests and specialist consultations, ensuring seamless integration of services for timely and effective patient management.
Implementation of Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, maintaining clear and effective communication with referring and consulting physicians to ensure cohesive patient care.
