Ask for details To learn more about this and other opportunities please contact: Elaine McMinn– 404 645-7607 emcminn @quesths.com Internal notes 23 Acute Bed Hospital Trauma Level: Critical Access Hospital / Referred Hospital Annual Volume: 6,600 Physician Patient per hour ratio: 15 to 20 patients in the ER per 24 hours Shifts: 7 days a week (8a-8p OR 8p-8a) - need locums sporadically Friday, Saturday, Sunday (8a-8p OR 8p-8a) 80% adults / 20% pediatric No fast track in the ER Template chart system (Modified T System – Written charts on templates) 5 ER beds, approximately 20% admitted, 8% transferred Prefer EM boarded with experience and knowledge in Pediatrics Board Certified OR Board Eligible OSF Holy Family will provide housing Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or APLS EM physicians responds to house codes Back-up Specialties: General Surgery, Pediatrics Availability of CT, Labs, MRI, Ultrasound, Cath-Lab: CT and Lab available 24/7 - MRI and Ultrasound by appointment only - No Cath-Lab EM locums only work in the ER. ER and Clinic are separate but are in the same building. Clinic is open 7 days a week from 7a-8p. Clinic’s annual volume is 45,000.
