Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Ascension Sacred Heart Bay – Panama City, Florida Level II Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Primary Stroke Center. 323-bed facility certified by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). 47-bed main ED with 16-bed FSED between main, hallway, and quick treatment beds. 25-30% admit rate and an annual volume of 56,000 between the main ED and FSED. Advanced primary stroke center of excellence from Joint Commission. Supportive leadership and extensive specialty support.
