What will you be doing in this role?

Provide first aid level of care for all work-related injuries onsite
Identifies and responds to medical emergencies according to on-site protocols
Communicates and documents medical situations as per company policies
Assists with miscellaneous calls and initiates incident reports
Manages inventory to ensure adequate supplies
Conducts checks on site-wide medical equipment
Monitors safety and reports issues to the Environment, Health, & Safety (EH)
team
Provides follow-up care for injuries within scope
Conducts drug screens and surveillances as required
Assists medical clinic staff as needed
Maintains medical records securely

Requirements

• The required state licensure, certification, and registration that is in good standing with the state or the ability to obtain the required state licensure prior to the start of employment
• CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain it prior to the start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s) prior to the start of employment
• The ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout entire assigned shift
• A high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervision
• Be able to maintain confidentiality
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
