About The Position
The position involves responding to emergency and convalescent ambulance runs from all Dubois County Stations. The individual will assist in the Emergency Department and other nursing and ancillary departments as needed, working in conjunction with various emergency response agencies in the area. Responsibilities include finding crews for call-ins or other needs, maintaining EMT-Basic certification requirements as specified by the Indiana EMS Commission, and keeping complete and accurate records. The role also requires demonstrating knowledge of developmental needs of the patient population specific to the department.
