About The Position

Ambulatory Anesthesia Care (AAC) Midwest is seeking an energetic, motivated, and patient-focused Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our growing team. This full-time role supports our clinical providers by assisting with pre- and post-operative patient care at our office-based surgical partners, with a primary focus on a growing pediatric dental practice. As an EMT with AAC Midwest, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring a safe, smooth, and positive experience for every patient. AAC Midwest is an office-based anesthesia practice providing comprehensive peri-operative services for physicians, surgeons, and dentists. Our mobile model brings the full capabilities of a surgery center—medications, equipment, and expert clinical teams—directly to the physician’s office. Our anesthesiologists and registered nurses deliver pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care with an uncompromising commitment to safety, quality, and patient satisfaction. Requirements

• Current EMT certification or Medical Assistant certification
• Current BLS certification
• Energetic, personable, and customer-service oriented
• Reliable, responsible, and adaptable in a fast-paced clinical environment
• A true team player who is eager to learn and take on new challenges
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds without limitations

Responsibilities

• Escorting patients to procedure rooms and assisting with positioning on procedure tables
• Applying and removing patient monitors and leads
• Transporting patients safely between procedure and recovery areas
• Supporting the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow and comfort
