About The Position

Make a difference on every call. As an EMT with NARMC EMS, you’ll assess, treat, and transport patients, maintain equipment readiness, and partner closely with paramedics, dispatch, and hospital teams. Requirements

Arkansas EMT license
valid Class D driver’s license
BLS
bi-annual EMT recertification

Responsibilities

Comply with EMS protocols; work under pressure with minimal supervision and sound judgment.
Maintain supplies/equipment; use radios and paging systems correctly; follow dispatch protocols.
Mentor students and new hires; promote cooperative relationships with agencies.
