About The Position

As an EMT with Northwest Ambulance, you will be expected to adhere strictly to the policies and procedures of NWA and County Medical Protocols. Your role will involve efficiently completing assigned tasks and submitting necessary paperwork promptly, while maintaining punctuality and attention to detail. You will ensure the accuracy of documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures, and identify and mitigate potential risks to patient safety by adhering to established procedures. Operating the ambulance safely at all times, in compliance with Washington State and company regulations, is a critical aspect of your responsibilities. You will collaborate with dispatchers and management to deliver compassionate and timely care during unexpected circumstances, acting with integrity and supporting the company, its values, and its employees. Striving to exceed customer expectations and deliver the highest level of patient care is essential. Additionally, you will maintain a professional appearance, adhere to high uniform standards, and ensure cleanliness, organization, and restocking of the ambulance throughout each shift. Other assigned duties may also be performed as needed.
