About The Position
The Transfer-Only EMT is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and professional medical transportation for non-emergency patients to and from St. Vincent’s Medical Center and affiliated facilities in the Bridgeport region. This role focuses on interfacility transfers, hospital discharges, scheduled appointments, and medical transport between healthcare providers. The EMT ensures high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with state protocols, hospital policies, and EMS standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current State of Connecticut EMT Certification in good standing
- Valid Driver’s License and an excellent driving record
