About The Position
You will serve as an Emergency Management Specialist responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating emergency response efforts for PHNSYIMF, Detachment Guam. You will be responsible for monitoring effectiveness and coordinate overall management of complex casualty responses, to include casualty control, radiological, spills, and other major disaster exercises or responses. You will be responsible for organizing, planning, and coordinating a variety of emergency response programs with Federal, territory, and local entities. You will establish and maintain contacts with Federal, territory, and local officials involved with various emergency action plans. You will be responsible for overall coordination, monitoring and evaluation of casualty preparedness, supporting the Drill management team and Emergency Management program requirements.
