Emergency Management & Readiness Program Manager This position requires an active Secret clearance. The Emergency Management & Readiness Program Manager is responsible for assisting in developing, implementing, and coordinating emergency management and preparedness programs to the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC). They assess risks, develop response plans, and ensure readiness for potential disasters or crises. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, such as government agencies, community organizations, and first responders, to create effective emergency response strategies. The Program Manager oversees training and drills, evaluates existing emergency plans, and recommends improvements. They monitor emerging threats and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively coordinate and manage emergency preparedness efforts.
