About The Position

We are seeking highly motivated and qualified candidates with background in emergency dispatching-whether from traditional public agencies (Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS) or from private-sector roles supporting public safety and critical operations. Ideal candidates may have experience in areas such as private ambulance dispatch, security command posts or control centers, private weather monitoring centers, critical infrastructure dispatch (utilities, transit, etc.), hospital-to-ambulance radio coordination, public works operations centers, armored car/logistics dispatch, special event command and radio coordination, public assembly facilities (stadiums, arenas) with PA and radio comms, community emergency response teams (CERT), and municipal emergency management support roles. As a Dispatcher in our Security Operations Center, you will be responsible for coordinating and deploying security personnel, receiving and triaging calls, monitoring alarms, surveillance systems, and other detection technologies, and ensuring timely, accurate responses to incidents.

Requirements

  • Valid PERC Card
  • 20hr Unarmed training record
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum 2 years of professional security experience or military experience or 2 years post high school academic training in related field
  • Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)

  • Maintain continuous communication with field personnel and partner agencies
  • Document all incidents and dispatch activity with accuracy
