Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center was named by U.S. News & World Report for 2025-2026 as High Performing in multiple procedures and conditions including abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, kidney failure, hip fracture, hip replacement, knee replacement, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and pneumonia. The Emergency Department (ED) primarily cares for patients in need of emergency services. Pediatrics are also treated and either discharged home or transferred to an accepting pediatric center. The department consists of 46 licensed beds and utilizes the split flow model concept for patients who do not require a bed and are not in a critical state. Annually, the ED treats over 65,000 patients and is also an American College of Surgeons Provisional Level 3 Trauma Center. Our Banner Del Webb ED team is highly focused on delivering state of the art Stroke, Cardiac, and Pediatric Care. We maintain NIHSS Stroke Gold Elite Plus, Chest Pain and Pediatric Preparedness accreditations. As our ED Technician, you will be part of a strong collaborative team, providing constant communication and updates to RN, Physicians and other providers, related to patient updates. You will set up, prepare and assist with patient exams and minor surgical or health procedures. We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and thrives best within busy environments. Schedule: Full time, night shift (6pm-6:30am), 3 days per week. Weekend rotations are required in this role. Enjoy a flat rate $1/hour weekend shift differential and an 18% night shift differential when applicable. Banner Del E. With 391 licensed beds, the hospital provides a wide range of services, including acute medical and surgical services as well as intensive care, emergency and urgent care, inpatient/outpatient surgery, cardiac catheterization, neurology, orthopedics, oncology, urology, pulmonary, obstetrics and gynecology, outpatient diagnostic services, and adult behavioral services. This position is responsible for providing patient care and assists health care providers in performing assigned patient procedures within scope of training. Position receives general supervision from RN, APN, PA, or Physician in providing patient care.
