About The Position

The Emergency Department RN Training Program at Inspira Health Network is designed for nurses who are passionate about emergency medicine and are eager to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment. This residency training program will commence in March 2025 and aims to equip nurses with the necessary skills to respond rapidly to patient needs while working alongside a dedicated team in a state-of-the-art emergency department.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current NJ RN License required at time of start date.
• American Heart Healthcare Provider BLS certification required.
• BSN enrollment required within 6 months of hire, with graduation within 3 years of RN hire date.

Nice To Haves

• Previous ED Technician or EMT experience preferred.
• National Certification in specialty area preferred.
