About The Position

Onsite at Bloomington Hospital. Day shift for Mon, Tues, and Wed from 7a-7p, 36hrs a week. Come join our Team! Bloomington is looking for a dynamic individual to join our System Patient Access Registration team. This entry-level role serves as the first point of contact for our patients and is critical in ensuring a positive experience from the moment people walk through the door. To be successful in this position, you must be detail-oriented, patient focused, dependable and consistent in your attendance and timeliness. Required 2-week Cerner training 8a-4:30p. Registration experience is preferred but not required for the role.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle strongly preferred.
• Requires working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance.
• Requires a high level of interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Requires effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Requires the ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Requires the ability to take initiative and meet objectives.

Nice To Haves

• Registration experience is preferred but not required for the role.
