The position requires an Associate Degree from an accredited School of Nursing and two years of Registered Nurse experience in the specific specialty area. The role involves proficiency in developing nursing plans of care, implementing effective nursing care, and evaluating outcomes of nursing interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with effective planning and organizational skills, are essential to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and effective skills in the use of computer programs are also required. The nurse must demonstrate skill in patient experience and service recovery.
