Emergency Department Provider
About The Position
At Wilson Medical Center, we're dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate care when it matters most. We're looking for a skilled and caring Licensed Physician (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our emergency team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. In this role, you'll provide vital emergency clinical services, including the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of illness and injury, under the supervision of a physician. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative care team while bringing your expertise, compassion, and quick thinking to patients in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program with current state certifications.
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (ATLS preferred)
- Emergency or urgent care experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, team-based environments
- A passion for patient care and community health
- Excellent teamwork and team-building skills
- Strong conflict resolution abilities and a collaborative spirit
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Nice To Haves
