Job Description: Performs a variety of non-professional patient care, cleaning and organizing activities for patients under the clinical supervision of a registered nurse or LPN.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Nursing Assistant certification and listed with the Division of Facility Services Registry.
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions and keep simple records.
- BLS certification required within first week of employment. CPI required at first opportunity after hire.
- Proficient in basic clerical skills and use of standard office equipment.
- Incumbent will be required to demonstrate age-specific competency for patients, ranging from infant to geriatric.
