Requirements
- NY State RN license
- 5 years clinical RN experience
- Care management and UR experience
- ASN/ADN required
- BLS required

- Prior care management leadership
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care across ED services
- Conduct utilization reviews and discharge planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Identify discharge needs and arrange services
