About The Position
Under general supervision, provides 24-hour emergency/non-emergency dispatch services. The Emergency Communications team members are 'heroes under the headset' who interact with citizens on their worst day, hour, and moment, while directing and keeping first responders safe. These impressive, unseen professionals demonstrate the importance of customer service, teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
