About The Position
The Emergency Communications Senior Engineer will be responsible for the deployment and support of Emergency Communications network infrastructure, ensuring the effective operation of systems related to 911 call delivery and emergency communication services in New York City. This role requires extensive technical support for various telecommunications systems, including E911, NG911, and Text-to-911 services, as well as oversight of vendor-managed services and incident investigation related to communication failures.
