About The Position

Requirements

• Internship-trained or experienced in emergency medicine.
• DEA Certification.
• Veterinary Medicine degree.
• Valid Veterinary License.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in veterinary practice.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with advanced monitoring equipment.
• Familiarity with digital radiography and ultrasound.
• Interest in teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage critical care patients during weekday inpatient shifts.
• Collaborate with specialists in various fields including internal medicine, surgery, and emergency/critical care.
• Participate in daily case rounds and in-house education for staff.
• Teach interns and student externs, fostering a learning environment.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment and technology in patient care.
