About The Position
LifeLine Ambulance is seeking a qualified Dispatch Call Taker who will be responsible for managing call intake and scheduling for emergency and non-emergency transportation needs. This role is crucial in ensuring effective communication between callers and the appropriate departments, as well as assisting field personnel. The Call Taker will report directly to the Director of Communications and work closely with Dispatchers to provide reliable service to patients and facilities.
