About The Position
The position involves providing friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members. Responsibilities include delivering prompt and accurate food and beverage services, utilizing a point of sale ticket system, monitoring tables to assess guests' needs, and maintaining cleanliness of designated areas. Team members are expected to participate as a team with all servers, venue hosts, supervisors, and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Adherence to regulatory, department, and company policies is mandatory, and all job duties must be performed in a safe and responsible manner.
