We’re especially interested in professionals experienced in EMDR or Brainspotting who can offer trauma-informed care. Many mental health and wellness-focused companies are non-profits or government agencies, which rely on the general public, grants, or large donors for funding. Requirements
- Fully licensed in Tennessee as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD
- Experienced working with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families
- Familiar with documentation, insurance billing, and community resources
- Credentialed or able to be credentialed with insurance panels
Nice To Haves
- Skilled in trauma, substance use, or school-based therapy preferred
- professionals experienced in EMDR or Brainspotting who can offer trauma-informed care

Responsibilities
- Provide mental health assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans
- Maintain clear, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a dynamic clinical team and engage in regular consultation
- Use creative interventions to help clients reach their goals
- Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers
- Attend clinical meetings and ongoing training
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 clients/week (for full-time)
