About The Position

We are seeking to fill the role of Embryology Laboratory Supervisor in our Tampa, Florida location. If you have a passion for women's health and have at least 3 years of prior experience in a human IVF laboratory performing the essential functions of the role listed below, we look forward to hearing from you.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in science required; Master's degree preferred in Chemical, Physical, Biological or Medical Technology.
5 years of prior experience in human IVF laboratory is required.
Ability to participate in a rotating schedule that includes some weekends.
TS certificate is required.
Must have performed at least 60 ART procedures under supervision.
Experience with trophectoderm biopsy is required.

Responsibilities

Performs all procedures required for IVF cycles, including medium and dish preparation, egg retrieval, sperm preparation, fertilization check, embryo evaluation, cryopreservation and thawing, transfer, ICSI and assisted hatching.
Performs all andrology services, including preparation of semen samples for artificial inseminations and IVF, cryopreservation of sperm, and complete sperm analysis assessed by World Health Organization (WHO) standards.
Performs laboratory quality control (QC), quality assessment (QA), and participates in quality improvement (QI) programs, record keeping and collection of data.
Performs other duties as assigned, and in keeping with company policies, procedures and standards of patient care and initiatives toward continuous improvement at the individual and organizational level
Supports and actively participates in initiatives designed to improve individual and organizational performance
