Performs clinical duties in support of IVF procedures and research with the ultimate goal of optimizing human in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures. Extensive microscope and gamete micromanipulation work is required. Must maintain composure during intense, time-constrained work. Works with the lab supervisor to provide direction for the technical operation of the laboratory, including operation and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments and procedures. Responsibilities also include addressing customers concerns, assisting in developing and implementing new technologies and services according to the Mayo Quality System Essentials. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
