SUMMARY: The Embroidery Specialist is responsible for quality checking products and insuring quantities match on client orders. This individual will read proofs and ensure that all specs are met after stitching and during the packaging of product for Namify’s clients. The job is fast paced and challenging. This position is an entry level position with heavy training. This individual will work primarily between two stations. This individual must be able to manage their own time, take direction effectively, function as a team player, and have a high desire to learn and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Must have proper documentation for employment in the United States
  • Must perform Pre-Employment drug test
  • Must have great communication skills
  • Must have knowledge of computers / iPad
  • Must have high attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Experience pulling orders and packaging them preferred, but not required
  • Warehouse experience preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

  • Double check logos (color, placement, and quality)
  • Package neatly and with correct corresponding order label
  • Create minimal waste when processing embroidery
  • Function in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • iPad and computer skills a must
  • Follow standard processes set for each task
  • Manage time efficiently
  • Meet goals for each process assigned
  • Work with management professionally to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Ensure that all waste is reported accurately
  • Communicate with other departments to meet customers’ needs
  • Accept and apply feedback given by management and peers
  • Learn multiple roles in the apparel line
