About The Position

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Embroidery Specialist to bring their expertise and passion for embroidery to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various embroidery styles, including but not limited to 3D puff embroidery and appliqués. This individual will be responsible for producing high-quality, detailed work while meeting production deadlines. As an Embroidery Specialist, you will operate and maintain multi-head Tajima embroidery machines as well as single-head machines. You will create, adjust, and troubleshoot embroidery designs to ensure high-quality production. Your role will involve executing various embroidery techniques, ensuring proper hooping, threading, and backing for each project to achieve the best results. You will also be responsible for trimming and finishing items, troubleshooting thread and bobbin tension, conducting routine maintenance, and keeping a safe and clean work area. Collaboration with design and production teams to meet customer specifications and production deadlines will be essential, as will maintaining accurate records of materials and time for each project.
