About The Position

Operate and monitor 8-head embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products Load, align, and secure garments or materials onto machine hoops Set up machine designs, thread colors, and sequencing using embroidery software Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, oiling, and troubleshooting minor issues Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency Manage thread changes, bobbin replacements, and machine adjustments during production runs Maintain production schedules and meet daily output targets Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisor Bag and labels apparel properly for inventory or shipping to customer Supervisory Responsibility None Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands Able to lift at least 40 pounds. Requirements

  • Previous experience operating multi-head embroidery machines (Ricoma preferred)
  • Knowledge of embroidery techniques, digitizing basics, and thread types
  • Able to lift at least 40 pounds.
  • Able to work in a warehouse environment for an extended amount of time
