About The Position

We are seeking an experienced embroidery machine operator to join our fast-growing custom screen print, signage, and embroidery business located in Logan Square, Chicago. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating commercial embroidery machines, particularly multi-head Tajima and Barudan machines, and will be responsible for ensuring high-quality production while maintaining an organized workspace. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Experience running multi-head embroidery machines (HIGHLY preferred)
• Experience with Tajima and Barudan machines (not required)
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Reliable commuting ability to Logan Square, Chicago
• Proficiency in English
