As a member of the Production team, the Embroidery Specialist has a critical role within our Embroidery team operation and is responsible for ensuring quality products are produced, problem solving issues and supporting our production team. This role is responsible for assisting with the production of screen-printed material. Roles include the production, coating, and cleaning of screens used in the screen-printing process, quality checking finished products based on customer specifications, assisting with press loading material and by applying ink to screens, the movement of material throughout the facility, and the use of an RF scanner.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of continued work experience.
• Great attitude, and aptitude for leadership.
• Attention to detail and organization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a structured and process-oriented environment.
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
• Must be punctual with excellence in attendance.

Nice To Haves

• 1 - 2 years’ experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous related experience.
• Learn tasks quickly, is detailed, accuracy driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance.
• Must be very comfortable with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in embroidery as needed prep work, trimming, sorting, folding & finishing garments.
• Sew and/or stitch products to specific criteria and specifications.
• Ability to multitask and organize/prioritize tasks as needed.
• Self-motivated and willingness to take the initiative to complete projects with minimal oversight.
• Comfortable working and collaborating with other team members.
• Ability to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed and maintain excellent attendance.
