Primary responsibilities will include facilitating paperwork delivery to contractors. Internship Program Overview: This is a paid, in-person internship based in our Raleigh or Durham offices, running from May 18 through August 7, 2026. Interns are paid $18.25 per hour and will gain hands-on experience by being fully integrated into their respective teams. Throughout the internship, participants will complete a capstone project, collaborate cross-functionally, connect with company leaders and executives, and participate in intern lunch-and-learns and other professional development opportunities. Requirements

  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Communicates in a timely, collaborative way, and always communicates effectively and professionally with all.
  • Works independently while still balancing proper escalation on potential challenges to manager in a proactive manner.
  • Pays close attention to detail, strives for perfection, and makes the deadline.
  • Strong computer skills, to include Microsoft Office products; must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Ensures a high level of customer service and quality experience for customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in Embroidery and/or graphics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare embroidery work orders in a timely and effective manner.
  • Support the delivery of work orders to contractors in order of priority.
  • Ensure all orders are colored accurately and quality standards of Peter Millar embroidery are met.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Facilitating paperwork delivery to contractors.
