The Technology Compliance Administrator is a strategic builder responsible for developing, maturing, and scaling the Bank’s technology compliance capabilities particularly within the Embedded Business Unit. This position is eligible for a Hybrid schedule in Wichita, KS; Kansas City, MO; Omaha, NE; Sioux Falls, SD; and their surrounding areas. Remote in Oklahoma, Utah, and Texas. A successful candidate will have: Exemplary customer service experience Strong business acumen Strong attention to detail and time management skills Confident and articulate communication skills, both verbally and written Initiative and strong work ethic Problem resolution and analytical thinking skills Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with Emprise associates, vendors, professional contacts, and customers An understanding of and commitment to our values
