  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience in embedded systems development and integration for e-mobility, automotive, or robotics.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems (e.g., STM32, NXP, or similar MCUs).
  • Strong understanding of DC power systems and electrical interfaces.
  • Experience with CAN bus, UART, PWM, and analog sensor signals.
  • Comfortable using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power measurement tools.
  • Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics for integration purposes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in motor control, sensor integration, or vehicle communication systems.
  • Mandarin speaker is a plus.
  • Familiarity with RTOS environments, bootloaders, or version management for embedded firmware.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety, EMC/EMI practices.
  • Exposure to system simulation or model-based validation tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset, structured documentation habits, and practical problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

  • System Integration Strategy
  • Evaluate and select integration paths (e.g., CAN, UART, analog, or pulse-based signals).
  • Define the architecture and communication flow between control units, sensors, and actuators.
  • Identify technical risks and propose integration or interface solutions.
  • Firmware Development & Adaptation
  • Develop and maintain firmware branches to support new communication or hardware environments.
  • Implement and tune data acquisition, signal conditioning, and control logic interfaces.
  • Collaborate with software and validation teams to ensure consistent performance across versions.
  • Electrical Interfaces & Harness Design
  • Define wiring and harness specifications, including connector types, pinouts, grounding, and shielding.
  • Ensure signal integrity and protection against noise, crosstalk, and EMI.
  • Work with suppliers or internal teams to validate harness prototypes and interface documentation.
  • Power Supply & System Reliability
  • Analyze and validate power distribution across the system (voltage stability, current limits, startup behavior).
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to undervoltage, transient events, or power sequencing.
  • Support the definition of protection circuitry and system safety measures.
  • Hardware Compatibility & Testing
  • Verify interface compatibility with existing PCBs and identify required updates or new specifications.
  • Support integration and validation testing across prototypes and target environments.
  • Diagnose and resolve communication, signal, or power-related integration issues.
  • Documentation & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Prepare and maintain integration documentation, interface specifications, and firmware release notes.
