Embedded Software Test Development Engineer - C/C++ (Bothell, WA) At Philips, we simplify healthcare by focusing on the people in the care cycle - patients and providers. Your role: Design, implement, embedded Software solutions for ultrasound system hardware modules, including Test and Integration, working under the guidance of senior engineers. Own the delivery of test software components, including requirements, design, implementation, and feature verification. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clinical specialists to ensure product quality and reliability. Work in a Windows development environment with pattern-oriented C and/or C++.   • Design, implement, embedded Software solutions for ultrasound system hardware modules, including Test and Integration, working under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Own the delivery of test software components, including requirements, design, implementation, and feature verification.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clinical specialists to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Work in a Windows development environment with pattern-oriented C and/or C++.
  • You have a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • You bring 3+ years of experience with programming languages (e.g., C or C++) and experience with hardware and lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.).
  • You understand the software development lifecycle and best practices for software development.
  • You excel at analyzing and solving complex problems and are motivated to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across disciplines.
