We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager or Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Embedded Software & Firmware team. You will drive the technical strategy and execution for the software powering Radar’s edge servers and in-store sensors, working at the intersection of hardware and software to deliver reliable, scalable, and insightful real-world data. This role is both technical and people-focused: you’ll guide architecture and implementation while growing and mentoring a collaborative team.
