Embedded Software Engineer II - C++
About The Position
As a Software Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will be an integral part of our software development team, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions that meet customer needs and drive business success. In this role, you will impact the development of cutting-edge software applications enhance the functionality and performance of our products while ensuring high quality and reliability. You will report directly to our Sr. Software Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. No relocation offered.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment in compliance with DO-178B guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Contribute to the development of software documentation and user manuals.
- Implement services on the Linux platform to port the application
