Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 5+ years of experience in security system installation (CCTV, access control, intrusion systems)
  • Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
  • Proven experience leading or supervising field technicians or installation teams
  • Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems, wiring standards, and industry best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA compliance

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and support a team of security installers across multiple job sites
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily installation activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
  • Perform advanced installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection)
  • Ensure all work meets Pavion quality standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact in the field for technicians, project managers, and customers
  • Train, mentor, and develop junior technicians to improve overall team skill level and performance
  • Conduct site walks, verify materials, and ensure proper system design execution
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including job progress, changes, and completion reports
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays and rework
